Matthew Adegbesan is a proficient asset entrepreneur with half a decade year background in the knowledge-based economy, finance, and real estate. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Economics from University of Abuja, and proficiency certificate on fundamental estate management skills, from University of Reading, Henley Business School, UK and from Austin Peay State University, Clarksville Tennessee, U.SA.

Matthew serves as the CEO/Lead Consultant at ATM LUXURY PROPERTIES – a real estate service division of ATM INDUSTRIES LIMITED he founded in 2020, committed to offering bespoke real estate solutions to individuals and corporate organizations, both within and offshore of Nigeria.

He is a member of the International Organization of Management Professionals (IOMP), a fellow of the Buildman Leadership Foundation, an Alumni of Lagos Business School (LBS) and a member of the Billionaire Realtors Group (BRG),

He is a trained Real Estate Expert who’s gripped the Nigerian Real Estate market.
Matthew, through his firm manages an impeccable client portfolio that cut across the private and public sector, banking and finance sector, expatriate and Diplomats, Telecommunications, and a host of high profile. He manages a host of premium properties across metropolitan cities in Lagos, Abuja and Ibadan.

He is one of the emerging Nigerian real estate experts, having strong investment strategy and negotiation skills, with high regard for trust and credibility, solving client needs globally.

Due to his contribution to the Nigerian Real Estate Market, he was honored with several awards among others are National Outstanding Leadership Award and ICON OF SOCIETAL TRANSFORMATION, multiple recognitions as a Top Selling Realtor.

In 2022, he received Thomas Sankara’s (Ex-President Burkina-Faso) Leadership Prize for Integrity and Transparency from the Youth Partnership for Africa’s Development (YOUPAD).
